We're seeking to create accountability in the job market

Have you applied to hundreds maybe even thousands of jobs with no avail? Have you noticed employment websites don't hold companies accountable for posting fake jobs? Have you been rejected by AI? Have been interviewed by recruiters that have poor interviewer skills? Have you been discriminated against by recruiters or hiring managers?

If you said yes to any of these you're in the right place. Our company wants to create a fully anonymous site where people can review a companies application and interview processes.

With Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other job sites we've noticed a common theme....no one can leave a review on a job post. In fact these websites don't show you how many people applied vs. how many have been interviewed. This has lead not only us but several job searchers around the world to believe some companies aren't actually hiring or are using AI to auto reject qualified candidates. A human role deserves a human review.

On our website we are going to take the data visitors fill out in their review forms and post it. This will allow more visibility into the job market for job seekers. We want our site visitors to see exactly how many people have applied, interviewed, if the company using AI, and if they were given a fair chance during the interview process.
